Through her extensive tenure in executive leadership, Founder & CEO Pamela Morgan saw the need for a culture revolution. We are changing the human resources experience! Key Instincts has a collective experience of 50+ years. We know ‘going it alone’ doesn’t work. Pamela Morgan
Founder | CEO
Pamela Morgan has loved calling Okotoks home for over 25 years. Hiking, photography and cycling the Okotoks pathways are where you’ll find her in her off hours. Born and raised in Alberta, Pamela is proud of her rural roots and her ability to “wear spurs in the boardroom”. Taking her 30+ years of executive business experience and her down to earth “we are better together” attitude, Pamela founded Key Instincts, a multi-dimensional, value-heavy Human Resources firm based in her hometown.
Pamela continues to support entrepreneurs throughout Alberta in a multitude of faucets, from people and culture to business coaching and strategies. A strong and engaging facilitator, it is guaranteed she will have your full participation in her workshops and seminars.
People are Pamela’s passion, so it’s no surprise it doesn’t stop at supporting entrepreneurs. Pamela is the founder of Baby it’s Cold outside a non- profit charity that focuses on offering a hand up to vulnerable citizens throughout Alberta. Additionally, in 2021, Pamela founded the HeadStrong program, an initiative to provide mental health supports and resources to entrepreneurs in southern Alberta.
In addition to serving the Foothills community through business and charity, it became a natural progression in Pamela’s mandate of community, communication and collaboration, taking on the role of President of the Okotoks Business Association which supported her role as a key stakeholder in the Okotoks Entrepreneurial Ecosystem. These measurable steps allowed for her to confidently sit as a director on the board of the Okotoks Chamber of Commerce, with the sole intention of adding value, competency and a Chamber member’s perspective.

Pamela is a recipient of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal.

Founder
People are my passion, when we do not have the basics, it’s hard for us to move forward. As the founder of Baby it’s Cold outside a non- profit charity that focuses on offering a hand up to vulnerable citizens throughout Alberta. BCO’s current initiative is focusing on transitional housing within the foothills area within the next 10 years.

Developing business owners in all aspects of their journey. The Okotoks Business Association provides networking opportunities, leadership from professionals and educational workshops lead by leaders in various aspects of their businesses.
This is non-profit organization designed to support local business initiatives.

Tamara Boivin
Health & Wellness Creative Director
Throughout her life, Tamara Boivin has prioritized making a difference. Through a passion for health and wellness, teaching customized fitness classes and programs and focusing on health in every aspect, Tamara operates with the full understanding that we all have our own stories of what motivates us, drives us and inspires us. Using her own journey, Tamara offers suggestions, ideas, tools, a network of health providers and support in areas of Health for the full Body, Mind and Soul experience to every situation.
Tamara adapts her passion with strategies for the ‘ever changing’ world to best support her clients’ needs through one on one sessions, workshops and retreats. She currently enjoys offering our KI clients sessions like; breath/spinal movement, Meditation, Kundalini Yoga (Yoga of Awareness), Strength Training, Zumba (dance fitness), and Pound (Drum fitness) classes both virtually and in person.

Jody Seeley
Marketing & Social Media
With a passion for story-telling, social media content, writing, marketing and sharing brands, this 21 year+ radio & media industry veteran, Jody Seeley, is the epitome of a communications specialist.
A professional emcee and seasoned host on national community events stages, Jody makes all types of occasions shine brighter and their impact deeper.
Using her tenure in the media industry, Jody’s leading skills allows her to retain on-hold voice positions with businesses across the country, be a voice for over 10 national radio stations, alongside numerous commercials, videos & DVD sets.
Community Impact
Jody’s unbridled passion for her community runs deep and over the years has helped to raise millions of dollars for community. She was part of team that stewarded a million dollar Red Cross Grant project called Our High River for five years to increase community engagement and disaster recovery in High River, Alberta after the devastating floods of 2013. The Alberta government named Jody a “Flood Hero” for her work as the “Voice Of Hope” during the traumatic events of 2013.
Jody’s accolades don’t stop there, she is a recipient of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal, The Canada 150 Medal for Community Service, winner of the “Community Service Excellence Award” at the Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards, two-time winner of Country Music Alberta’s “Industry Person Of The Year” and currently a five-time nominee for “Music Director of the Year” with the Canadian Country Music Association.
It is no secret that Jody Seeley lives, eats and breathes this industry, and it’s that kind of passion that makes a long and decorated career that secures her place in business.

Lori Clayson, CHRP Candidate
HR Administrative Manager
Lori comes to Key Instincts with a wealth of knowledge in human resources. Making her way from Manitoba to Saskatchewan and finally to Alberta, Lori has an infectious personality and a solution driven attitude.
You can usually find Lori in the kitchen trying new recipes, finding amazing new restaurants to widen her pallet & volunteering with local organizations and initiatives with her 5 year old son, Brady.
Lori is a fantastic addition to the Key Instincts team!
